A note from Arnold
Mila changed the question for me.
I spent years around European raw pet food. I knew how much care could go into a formula. With Mila at home, I saw the part the label could not hold: how she was eating, what changed, what I should watch, and who would remember it with me.

What exactly does INU check?
We check your delivery area, freezer setup, current food and the signals that help us choose a sensible transition. If an answer needs clarification, a person contacts you.
What am I paying for?
Your first batch of food. You see the proposed formula, quantity, price, delivery date and terms before paying. That payment confirms your Founding place.
Why might my dog begin with transition food?
Many dogs will arrive from kibble, wet, cooked or mixed routines. A transition formula can create a more deliberate bridge into the longer-term plan. The exact route depends on the profile.
When do the full Nutrition Engine and app open?
After first-batch payment. The full Nutrition Engine completes the daily amount, transition and first check-in plan. The INU app then carries the relationship forward.
What does lifetime app access mean?
INU does not charge an app subscription while your accepted, non-transferable Founding membership remains active. Food, hardware, third-party services, professional services and priced events remain separate unless your exact offer says otherwise.
