Clear data use
Founding 100 application data.
This notice explains how INU LAB uses the information you submit when requesting a place in the Brussels Founding 100. It was last updated on 1 October 2026.
What we collect
We collect your name, email, postcode, preferred language and the structured dog, feeding and transition information shown in the lite profile. We also keep the date and version of your consent, your first-batch acknowledgement and your separate marketing choice. One optional note lets you add context that the structured answers do not cover.
Why we use it
We use the information to assess programme fit, check delivery practicality, identify profiles that need human review, contact you about the outcome and prepare an exact first-batch offer. If you accept and pay for that offer, the approved lite answers can be used to begin the full Nutrition Engine so you do not have to enter the same facts again. Optional marketing consent is not required.
Our legal basis
We process the intake to take steps you request before a possible purchase and membership. We use limited technical and security data for our legitimate interest in protecting the service and preventing abuse. Broader marketing is based only on your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Systems and service providers
Application information is held in INU LAB’s secured database and customer-relationship systems. Hosting, database and CRM providers process data only to operate those services for INU LAB. We do not ask for payment details or veterinary files in the lite profile. Any invited first-batch payment takes place through a separate checkout after the exact price, quantity, delivery date and terms are shown.
How long we keep it
If you do not join, we delete or anonymise the intake within 12 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we must retain a limited record for security or legal claims. If you become a member, the service privacy notice will explain the retention period for the continuing nutrition record, orders and required business records.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete application information, or change an optional marketing choice. Contact INU LAB through the main website and identify your request as “Founding 100 application data”.
